Your contract is with Wild Wonders Expedition (hereinafter referred to as “TO”, “we” or “us”). These terms and conditions apply to all brochures, correspondence, and bookings made with us. No person has authority to alter these conditions.
Before confirming a booking, you must ensure you have read and understood these terms. By requesting confirmation, you acknowledge full acceptance. A binding contract comes into existence once we confirm your booking in writing.
Wild Wonders Expedition provides tailor-made safari and travel experiences based on client requirements. A binding contract is formed when:
a) We receive a 30% deposit of the total quotation, or
b) Full payment is received for bookings made less than 45 days before departure.
No contract exists until payment is received. Full payment must be completed 45 days prior to departure. Failure may result in cancellation of services.
The lead traveller is responsible for full payment of all members in the booking group and ensuring all participants understand these terms. Bank charges remain the client’s responsibility.
You must disclose any medical condition or disability before booking. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings where we cannot safely accommodate specific requirements.
All travel documents must be checked upon receipt. Any errors must be reported within 7 days. After this period, corrections may not be possible and costs may be incurred by the client.
A 30% deposit is required to confirm any booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 45 days before arrival. Late bookings require full payment immediately.
All cancellations must be made in writing. Refund structure applies as follows:
40+ days before departure: 75% refund
39–20 days: 50% refund
19–10 days: 25% refund
9 days or less: no refund
Deposits and amendment fees are non-refundable. Changes to itineraries may incur additional charges depending on timing.
Prices are based on current operational costs at the time of quotation. We may adjust prices due to changes in taxes, fuel, park fees, or supplier costs.
We absorb increases up to 2%. Any increase beyond this may be charged to the client. If increases exceed 10% before 60 days of departure, cancellation with full refund is permitted.
Any amendments must be requested in writing. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, subject to availability and applicable fees.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings before full payment due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. Refunds depend on recoverable costs from suppliers.
We may make minor or major changes to itineraries. In case of major changes, you may accept the change, choose an alternative, or request a refund.
We are not responsible for airline or transport delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or lost baggage.
You are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and insurance. Participation in safari activities involves inherent risks.
Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical, evacuation, and loss is mandatory for all clients.
